This course continues the writing and refining of your manuscript with the goal of producing a finished book proposal. In addition, the course addresses writing query letters, market research, contacting publishers, seeking out literary agents, organizing publicity–all of the skills needed to obtain a contract and complete a manuscript for a first book. Six assignments in all.
